RETURN POLICY
For returns please call 561-585-9200 Monday-Thursday 10:00am - 4:00pm Eastern standard time and speak with our return department to obtain a "Return Authorization Number" before shipping product back to us. Any product without this number will be refused at the door at the senders expense. Enclosed in the return must be written explanation and a copy of the original invoice (and charge card slip, if applicable). No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of invoice date.
- Products MUST be returned in "NEW" sell-able condition, in original packaging.
- Returns will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee since they are custom built and made to order, including all freight charges.
- Exotic Inc. will inspect all returns for damage and determine whether additional fees need to apply.
- No refund will be issued if returned product is damaged beyond use, if it has been used, or if product has been damaged in shipping as a result of customer using insufficient return packaging.
- All sale on custom lettering, numbers, graphic(s) and design time are final.
